Job Application Review $1,000 Scholarship Contest
The Job Application Review scholarship contest for 2017 is now officially closed. Who Can Apply?
In order to participate in the scholarship contest, the applicant has to meet the following requirements:
- Has to be a college student registered for the 2016 – 2017 school year at an accredited United States college.
- Has to be 18 years of age or older.
What Is the Essay Topic?
Applicants have to submit a 500-word essay responding to the following question:

How Can You Apply?
Students have to submit their application at scholarship@jobapplicationreview.com by June 30, 2017, as an attachment in Microsoft Word format. The title of the email should be “Name – JAR 2016 Scholarship Application” (e.g: “John Doe – JAR 2016 Scholarship Application”) The body of the email should contain the following information:
- Full name
- Full address (Street, City, State, Zip Code)
- Phone number
- College name
- Average GPA
- Major
- College website
How Do We Choose the Winner?
The submitted essay must be an original creation. Plagiarized works will be automatically disqualified from the contest. The application will be assessed based on the paper’s organization, content originality, language style and usage. The winner of the JAR scholarship contest will be chosen by July 15, 2017, and will be notified through an email. If the winner fails to reply within seven business days from the date of the notification, Job Application Review will award the prize to the second best application.
